Dr. Del Val is board certified from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry with specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He attended medical school at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, in Mexico. He completed his general psychiatry residency at Nuvance Health in Carmel, New York. After completing his general psychiatry training, he completed Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV where he served as chief fellow.
