Ayodele Ogunlela, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist providing comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and adults. He completed his medical training at the College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria, his psychiatry residency at SBH in the Bronx, New York, and a Child Psychiatry Fellowship at UNLV in Las Vegas. Dr. Ogunlela specializes in variety of disorders; behavioral, mood, anxiety, psychotic, and trauma-related disorders, using evidence-based, patient-centered approaches. He emphasizes open communication and collaborative treatment planning, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and multidisciplinary care. Dr. Ogunlela is dedicated to mental health advocacy, education, and improving access to quality psychiatric care. In his downtime, he enjoys hiking, drawing, painting, and watching sports.
