Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Angie is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arizona, where her doctoral project focused on optimizing racemic ketamine delivery using evidence-based approaches to improve treatment outcomes. Throughout her career, Angie has gained diverse experience, beginning in youth residential treatment and expanding to community mental health, adult substance use treatment, general adult and pediatric outpatient care, and most recently, high-acuity inpatient behavioral health, including crisis walk-in services. Her passion for racemic ketamine stems from her extensive hands-on experience administering sub-therapeutic doses to hundreds of high-acuity adult patients, making her a leader in this innovative treatment approach. When she’s not working, Angie enjoys staying active by exercising and hiking, as well as cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
