Julie is our Intake Coordinator here at Nevada Mental Health. She moved from Charleston, South Carolina and has enjoyed making Las Vegas her home. She is a graduate of The Savannah College of Art and Design and enjoys all things creative and art related in her free time.
She has been a support staff member in healthcare since her arrival, starting at a neuropsychology clinic before coming to Nevada Mental Health. Julie wholeheartedly loves what she does for NMH and leaves every day feeling like she’s made a positive difference!
Intake and Benefits Coordinator
Yves is our intake and benefits coordinator, you are likely to hear from her during your intake process! Originally from South Carolina, Yves relocated to Las Vegas after earning her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Alabama. She previously worked as a high school science teacher in the Las Vegas area. Following a passion for mental health, she left teaching and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her role at Nevada Mental Health has provided valuable insight into the administrative aspects and inner workings of a mental health clinic. Yves is enthusiastic about continuing her career in mental health while making time for her favorite hobbies: traveling any chance she can, attending concerts, and reading!
Front Office Coordinator
Katie was born and raised in Las Vegas. She has two young kids who are her entire world. She loves animals and has been a vegetarian for five years. She loves music and plays the cello. She has always had a passion for helping people and is currently enrolled in the Psychology program at CSN. She has several years of experience working in the front office in the medical field and she loves what she does. Although she only recently joined the team, she has been a vital part of our day-to-day systems and making sure things run smoothly.
Front Office Coordinator / Billing Liason
Austin is an avid space lover first and foremost, in particular the spacecraft that we create to explore the vastness of the universe (Rest in Peace Cassini). Austin has only lived in Las Vegas for a few years, however he has enjoyed his time immensely, has seen many great shows and found a love for cerebral cinema. Lastly, Austin is an avid book reader, leaning heavily toward the fiction genres of entertainment.
Lead medical Assistant
Corinne is a true Las Vegas native, born and raised here and not planning on leaving anytime soon. Her dream was always to enter into the medical field whether that be a Vet or a Medical Assistant. Corinne graduated from Coronado High School in 2010 and took a year off before going to school. During that time she worked in retail, getting 7 years of experience with 2 years of management experience under her belt. Corinne went to Kaplan College(now known as Brightwood College) and graduating from the Medical Assistant program in 2012. In 2016 she joined the HM team. After being here part time for a month she was transitioned to full time, from there she has continued to excel in the company. When Nevada Mental Health opened, she was asked to join the team as the medical assistant. She looks forward to the continue growth of the company.
Ayla is excited to start the TMS Coordinator role with NMH and is determined to make a positive impact and be able to help people every day. Ayla received her bachelor's in psychology from UNLV and has always wanted to pursue a career in mental health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and listening to podcasts.
Jennifer has always had a passion for helping others and feels excited about helping others succeed. That is why she began her career in the healthcare industry. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience holding various positions in an array of healthcare settings from Dental, OBGYN, ENT, General Surgery, Durable Medical Equipment, Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Jennifer furthered her passion and career by obtaining her Human Resources Certification in 2017. Jennifer is excited to join the Nevada Mental Health team and feels it would be very rewarding to demonstrate her passion for helping others find the care they need and will be committed to support the vision and mission of the organization.
