Sean Elder, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Sean Elder earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona. He served as an inpatient registered nurse at the Vermont State Hospital, as well as the University of Vermont Medical Center’s psychiatric unit. He went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Vermont. Sean has worked for Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services since 2014. He believes in a recovery model of care and uses a collaborative approach for specialized populations. His focuses include medication management in first episode psychosis as well as PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment). He also takes pride in precepting APRN students during their clinical rotations.
